Experiences
Joseph began his technology career in Paris, but it was in New York that he truly proved himself. As a support engineer at WITBE for 18 months, he not only honed his English skills, but also managed large-scale monitoring solutions with major North American actors.
This international experience allowed him to deepen his technological knowledge and increase his knowledge with international business experience.
Before that, Joseph worked at Gerard Darel as a network and systems administrator. He was responsible for maintaining and improving the company's computer systems, putting his system administration skills into practice.
At Encom Conseil, as a systems, networks, and security technician, he worked closely with clients to solve their technical problems, demonstrating his network security expertise. Witbe - Support Engineer (April 2022 - Present)
Based in New York, I had the opportunity to work as a support engineer at Witbe, a leading company in the field of Quality of Experience (QoE) monitoring. For over a year, I was on the front line to provide high-level technical support to our North American clients.
My role at Witbe allowed me to develop deep expertise in managing large-scale monitoring solutions. I worked with major actors in the
North American market, which allowed me to understand the unique challenges they face and propose solutions tailored to their specific needs.
I also had the opportunity to work on Witbe solution deployment projects, working closely with our engineering teams to ensure
successful implementation. This required a deep understanding of network technologies, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
In addition to my technical responsibilities, my role at Witbe allowed me to develop my English skills and understand the nuances of international business. I also had the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team, which enriched my professional and personal experience.

Gérard Darel - Network and Systems Administrator (September 2019 - September 2021)
For two years, I held the position of network and systems administrator at Gérard Darel, a renowned Parisian fashion brand.
My role was essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.I was responsible for the design, virtualization, configuration, and administration of the company's infrastructure, which included client servers, networks, applications, and storage systems.
I also set up, configured, and administered a unified telephony system.
I used a variety of technologies, including Windows Server 2012R2 and 2016, Linux servers, Hyper-V / VMware, and Voice and Telephony over IP systems like 3CX and Xivo. I also set up remote network and access services, and automated processes with scripting tools.
My experience at Gérard Darel allowed me to develop solid expertise in system and network administration, as well as a deep understanding of the specific needs of a company in the fashion sector.
Encom Conseil - Systems, Networks, and Security Technician (December 2017 - September 2019)
At Encom Conseil, an IT consulting company based in Paris, I worked as a systems, networks, and security technician.
For nearly two years, I gained valuable experience working on a variety of projects and helping to solve a range of technical problems.I was responsible for setting up and administering telephony systems, implementing remote network and access services, and automating processes with scripting tools. I also worked on network security, including setting up VPN tunneling and managing firewalls.
My time at Encom Conseil was a period of rapid growth, where I was able to develop my technical skills while learning to navigate the world of IT consulting.
Sound engineer - Various location - 2015 - 2017
2016-2017: Novelty, Longjumeau
Novelty is Europe's largest event equipment rental company. During my time there, I had the opportunity to join their team as a special returns manager. I actively participated in organizing and managing the necessary equipment (sound, lighting, video) for prestigious events such as the Paris Fashion Week and European festivals. This experience allowed me to further develop my organizational skills, enhance customer relations, and gain insights into the event industry's backstage operations.
2015-2016: Le Baiser Salé - Live Stage Sound Technician
At this renowned Parisian jazz club located on Rue des Lombards, where artists often perform in an acoustic setting, I had the privilege of learning stage setup, live sound management, and equipment maintenance in collaboration with the resident stage manager.
2015-2016: La Dame de Canton - Sound Technician
As a sound technician at this riverside restaurant barge near the François-Mitterrand Library on the Seine, which also hosts concerts, I was involved in artist hospitality and stage setup. I collaborated closely with the performing artists to coordinate their shows, managing live sound and lighting. Additionally, I was responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the sound equipment, working alongside sound engineers and stage managers.
Skills
I have been playing the guitar and singing since my early childhood, but over time, I have learned to master various instruments such as the piano, bass, and ukulele. I have also had the joy of being involved in several bands.
Always in search of adventure, I have traveled through Europe and Australia with my backpack, like a true solo backpacker. However, I have also been fortunate enough to explore Asia, South America and work in North America.
My work at ENCOM has allowed me to become familiar with various IP telephony solutions, such as 3CX and OVH, and their specific challenges in the B2B sector.
My various experiences have strengthened my ability to handle high-pressure situations, such as working in fast-food restaurants and Parisian bars. Additionally, I have developed the skill to adapt my language level to different individuals and effectively communicate with non-technical people when discussing computer-related matters.
I have gained knowledge in operating and administering a virtualized infrastructure, including deployment and management of virtual machines. I have also had the opportunity to explore various cloud solutions and understand their functionalities.
Passionate about cryptocurrency since 2016, I invested early and gained valuable insights into this transformative world. Embracing blockchain technology, I continually adapt to its rapid evolution. An advocate for its mainstream adoption, I stay informed about the latest trends and engage with the crypto community.
